He said she drove on to the dance floor, hitting eight people.

Her vehicle came to a stop only after she smashed into a telephone pole and another auto while trying to correct herself, cops said.

The incident happened during a Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin tribute concert, part of a series of outdoor gigs.

Two people are still in serious condition after a vehicle plowed into a crowd at an outdoor concert. Three people received treatment and have already been released from the hospital, and three others were treated for minor injuries at the scene, Scharschmidt said. According to Det. Sgt. Steve Scharschmit of the Parma Heights police, all eight of the injured victims were aged between 60 and 70 years. He said there was a police officer inside the premises, who heard people screaming and went out the front door to see what was happening.

“We get elderly crowds for this concert so I would put their ages at 60s and 70s”, Scharschmidt said.

Charges against the woman have not been filed.
