He said a man and a woman walked up to the home and disappeared. Early Saturday morning, a neighbor noticed something suspicious across the street – flashlights shining through the house.

Police said the two hid as officers entered the home.

When officers responded and peeked the window, they found 22-year-old Marisa Seloff and 27-year-old Joshua Leal on the floor in what investigators called a ‘passionate rendezvous’. They said Seloff claimed she and Leal were married and had just purchased the house.

When police told them to get their identification, officers reported smelling marijuana inside their auto.

Bond amounts for both Seloff and Leal were set at $1,000 each.

The new homeowners filed charges, and said they did not approve the couple to be there or their unconventional ‘housewarming’. It is unclear if Seloff, mugshot below, will face drug charges.

Police collected a glass pipe and a small bag of marijuana from inside.

A real estate agent who recently sold a home is in hot water after she was caught breaking into that home for a ‘passionate rendezvous’. Police say Seloff claimed ownership of the marijuana and paraphernalia.
