Android Nougat 7.0 released finally, roll out begins on Nexus devices
Technology giant Google will start rolling the latest version of Android operating system Android Nougat -something that has been on beta for quite some time.

People with devices enrolled in Google’s Android Beta Program should also be receiving an update with the final build of Android 7.0. The multi-window feature allows users to access two apps side-by-side.
Android’s release schedule has historically been all over the place, but for the last few years we’ve gotten roughly one major release per year, occasionally punctuated with medium-sized maintenance releases, minor feature updates, and monthly security patches.
Google usually upgrades its Nexus line, devices that it creates in tandem with manufacturers to highlight new Android features, first. However, LG V20 will be the first ever phone with Android 7.0 out of the box. Other smartphone OEMs will also release the update to flagship devices in the near future.

Google’s Android 7.0 Nougat is finally out of beta, and the company calls Nougat, its sweetest release yet. However, there is one way through which Nexus users can still install the Android 7.0 Nougat update now. How? The new app, announced in May, is being released Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2016, as a free service for phones running on Google’s Android operating system as well as Apple’s iPhones. Not to mention, Nougat does come with file-based encryption, and improvements which looks to “isolate and protect files for individual users on your device”. Plenty of developers have had a head start with the new version of Android this year, so maybe support will start rolling out faster than we have seen in previous years. If you have an HTC 10 or One M9, for example, you’ll need to wait for HTC to make their changes to the OS before they begin distribution.
