New Trailer For Narcos Season 2
The trailer is titled “Who Killed Pablo”.

The preview kicks off with Escobar’s escape from prison and the aftermath of his renewed freedom. “Now that Pablo was home, everyone wanted payback”, we’re told during the trailer. This episode took place in 1992 and signals the final few chapters in Escobar’s life. Each group seems to be working a different angle, and the preview is full of threats, shootouts, explosions, and heart-pumping action.
The inaugural season of Narcos is available for Netflix members “in Ultra HD 4K” (which surely my 10-year-old TV can’t possibly understand).
Reports began from the death of Wagner Moura’s powerful character Pablo Escobar to the probable death of another major character, Pedro Pascal’s slick DEA agent Javier Pena.
José Padilha (Elite Squad, RoboCop) and Eric Newman (Children of Men) serve as executive producers of the series, which also stars Joanna Christie, and Diego Cataño.

No matter #WhoKilledPablo, it’s likely that the second season, which premieres on September 2, will hinge on the realization that this may not be the case.
