The Washington Post reports that access to presidential candidate Hillary Clinton may have been influenced by donations to the Clinton Foundation when she was secretary of state. His wife, Cheryl Saban, is a psychologist and writer who has been a Clinton Foundation board member since 2013.
Shalala insisted the changes are not a reactionary move.
