Nate Diaz could pay steep price for post-fight vaping
Conor McGregor has been ruled out for the rest of the year after being handed a medical suspension of up to six months.

“There’s a lot of options”, he said at the post-fight press conference.
It’s clear that’s what Diaz wants and he’s going to continue to challenge McGregor until he gets a response. Otherwise, he’s unable to train with contact until October 5 and is suspended from fighting until October 20, when he can be re-evaluated.
Now it remains to be seen, of course, whether McGregor will return to 145, where he’s the residing champ, and Aldo is holding the interim belt.
Sitting on the dais, Diaz periodically took a drag on the vape pen as if it was no big deal, but the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) is now investigating the incident.
The UFC said the 39-year-old Lesnar tested positive both times for an estrogen blocker, clomiphene.
Diaz explained he was smoking the vape pen as it “helps with the healing process and inflammation”.
The UFC is poised to make history once again as the first mixed martial arts promotion to take place in the famed Madison Square Garden arena in New York City for UFC 205.
CBD is an active cannabinoid identified in cannabis, which is banned during in-competition events.
UFC president Dana White has already stated that he’s not interested in doing a third fight right away between McGregor and Diaz, but given the attention the rematch received last weekend, anything is possible.

The injury could potentially rule the Dublin fighter out of taking part in the UFC’s historic inaugural NY event at the Madison Square Garden on November 12 at UFC 205.
