Judge Demands State Department to Quickly Release 15000 New Hillary Emails

Clinton’s pattern of serial dishonesty is completely unacceptable for a candidate seeking the nation’s highest office, and her refusal to tell the truth and own up to her poor judgment is a preview of how she would conduct herself if elected president.

It’s unclear whether the three companies will hand over the information or risk being held in contempt. Platte River Networks declined to comment on Monday, and both Datto and SECNAP didn’t immediately respond.

Hillary Clinton admitted to suffering from decision fatigue and discussed with one of her top aides while serving as USA secretary of state about taking a drug used to treat Parkinson’s disease, emails released by WikiLeaks revealed.

The New York Times reported last week that Clinton told federal investigators that Powell had suggested she use personal email for unclassified email when the two spoke over dinner.

The documents are part of a cache that the Federal Bureau of Investigation turned over to the State Department at the end of its probe into Clinton’s use of the server.

Lawyers for the department told U.S. District Court Judge James E. Boasberg on Monday that they anticipate processing and releasing the first batch of these new emails in mid-October, raising the prospect new messages sent or received by Democratic nominee could become public just before November’s presidential election.

The conversation occurred early on in Mrs Clinton’s tenure at the State Department, the Times said, citing a forthcoming book by journalist Joe Conason that first reported the dinner exchange.

The debate over this batch of emails hinges on whether, as the conservative group Judicial Watch alleges, the emails reveal State Department “special favors” for Clinton Foundation donors or merely the technically legal practice of paying for “access”.

This is in addition to the thousands of email that Clinton handed over to the State Department and the more than 30,000 emails deleted by her.

The first group of 14,900 emails was ordered released, and a status hearing on September 23 “will determine the release of the new emails and documents”, Boasberg said.

Olson told Boasberg she could not immediately say how many emails are contained on the rest of the disks or how many might be copies of emails Clinton already has provided. No one would know that, in the latest revelation, when Band wanted the Crown Prince of Bahrain to see Hillary, Abedin coordinated with him on trying to set up the meeting.

Clinton, who is now leading Trump in opinion polls ahead of the election, has said she did not compromise classified information and used a private server for convenience, and later apologized, saying “I take responsibility”.

Additionally, Judicial Watch seeks written responses from Clinton.

In one exchange Doug Band, who headed the Clinton Global Initiative, asked Ms. Abedin to try to help with a visa for a soccer player from a British team, Wolverhampton FC.

A Judicial Watch spokesman hailed the new order concerning the still-to-be-released documents, and accused State Department lawyers of “slow walking and stonewalling” the release of the information. Clinton’s additional use of a personal computer server at her home, however, broke State Department rules, an internal watchdog found.
