The tech test’s sole objective is to stress-test the multiplayer servers to see how well they can cope with demand, but it also gives players a sneak peek about what to expect from Titanfall 2. The folks at PlayStation Blog have put together nearly a full half-hour of pre-alpha “Titanfall 2” multiplayer gameplay showing off two different game modes.
Forbes reports that while many fans have been excited to see the improvements that Respawn Entertainment has vested on its “Titanfall” sequel, the results of the game’s beta test shows a gaming community with deeply divided opinions. “There are modes we haven’t revealed yet that really speak to the goal that we’ve been looking for for a long time with Titanfall 2”.
“We actually tested datacenters going offline completely and we learned how quickly we could move 100% of users from one datacenter into another datacenter”. You can’t shoot out of the air so easily. Titanfall 2 is preparing to officially launch on October 28th, 2016 and will be available to play on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC systems.
