Rudy Giuliani has been fueling speculation that Hillary Clinton’s health is not well. Stephen Colbert used Giuliani’s exhortation as a jumping-off point for his own segment on Clinton’s health (or lack thereof!) Tuesday night, connecting it to several amusing threads-including this weird 2000 video, in which a strapping, young (er) Trump motorboats a drag-clad Giuliani. It’s an endless loop.
The show then played a video from the Inner Circle, a parody group that lampoons the current NYC mayor, from 2000.
So, Colbert offered up a headline of his own which he hopes will clog up social media and the blogosphere.
On CBS’ “The Late Show” Tuesday, comedian Stephen Colbert mocked the former NY mayor and Donald Trump supporter for spreading rumors that Hillary Clinton is not healthy enough to serve as president.

Colbert went on to describe the ongoing conspiracy theories that have been attached to Hillary Clinton of late. “Which they say is her having a seizure and even more damning this footage from the Clinton convention of Clinton enjoying the celebration”, he said, showing a clip of the indoor fireworks going off over Clinton’s head.
