Slated to return on the small screen this autumn, the show’s latest teaser brings the chills as Jamie Dornan’s voice, as Paul Spector, utters some serious words for Stella Gibson (Gillian Anderson).
The dark and gloomy 40 second clip sees DSI Stella Gibson, played by Gillian Anderson, swimming in an abandoned pool at night.
And here’s the spoiler, while we don’t see much of Spector we do hear his voice saying “I live at a level of intensity unknown to your and your type”. While Jamie’s character cannot be seen, he does a voice over as she swims.
The serial killer continues his speech, mocking the police officer, saying: ‘You will never know the nearly God-like power I feel when that last bit of breath leaves their body. “That feeling of complete possession”, he replies. She goes for a relaxing swim in the new footage, but she’s not alone.
And with series three expected to be the end, actor Jamie Dornan has hinted that he would like to potentially bring the show back.
Speaking at a recent press event, he told Express.co.uk: “You can expect the unexpected”.
The past two series of The Fall have kept viewers on the edge of their seat.
