The President said he would show in public a “matrix” about illegal drug operations at the New Bilibid Prison.

The drug matrix posted in the PTV Facebook account mentions seven personalities allegedly involved in drug operations inside the national penitentiary.
Alvarez also said De Lima’s former driver, Ronie Dayan, who Duterte claims collected money from drug lords imprisoned at the NBP, will be among the persons invited to the House inquiry, which he stressed would not duplicate the Senate probe into the extrajudicial killings that have accompanied the government’s war on drugs.
Dayan is an alleged known user in Urbiztondo.
The Secretary said the matrix is a product of combined intelligence efforts of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and the Philippine National Police (PNP).
Included in the list of witnesses who will prove that de Lima was involved in illegal drugs were a prison guard at NBP, a bagman, and De Lima’s friend whom Aguirre did not identify.
In October 2014, De Lima took over supervision of the prosecution panel handling the 2009 Maguindanao massacre case from Baraan who was accused by private prosecutor Nena Santos of receiving P20 million from the camp of the Ampatuan clan, several of whose members are accused in the controversial massacre case.
Espino, a former governor of Pangasinan and now congressman of the province’s fifth district, was slapped with a plunder case due to his alleged involvement in illegal mining, but was freed on bail.
Mr. Espino and the Baraan brothers have disputed their being implicated in the matrix.
It also showed that Sison claimed Espino, the richest politician in Northern Luzon with questionable wealth, runs a black sand mining, quarrying and jueteng.
The matrix states that Raffy was used by Cong.
Rafael allegedly knew about all the illegal activities of Espino as he was used to cover all the latter’s illegal activities.
“That has always been again another old issue, that is again a rehash issue and again just like the alleged drug connection, or my involvement, I flatly, vehemently, categorically deny any irregularity on my part in any of the matters affecting the Napoles and the PDAF case”, she said.
In a press conference following the release of what Duterte called the “Muntinlupa Matrix”, de Lima shrugged off the allegation saying it was “the worst matrix of all time” that “belongs to the garbage can”.

It starts with the senator, with an arrow pointing to Dayan, the alleged boyfriend of De Lima since her days at the Commission on Human Rights. Baraan is said to be a close friend of De Lima, his classmate at the San Beda Law School.
