Android Nougat Starts Rolling Out
To get the new update on your smartphone, you must first make sure that you have a device which is compatible to download the OTA update. The first devices to get the new operating system will be the Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P and Nexus 6 phones, as well as the Nexus 9 and Pixel C tablets. Google’s latest operating system Android Nougat aka Android 7 has finally started rolling out to users.

Apparently there are no big differences between the upcoming public release of Nougat and the last Developer Preview of Nougat that may already be loaded on your Nexus device.
Well, its Korean rival HTC might be about to steal some of the thunder by rolling out Android 7.0 for the existing HTC One A9 handset.
Any devices enrolled in the Android Beta Program will also receive this final version, it added.
The solution that makes the most sense is Google delivering updates that do not cause issues during beta release in quarterly updates.
Google has yet to confirm any of these details, but Benis seems to indicate the new Nexus phones are due in late September. On Nougat, multi-window will be widely available. This new phone should pack a 5.7-inch IPS LCD screen with 1440 x 2560 resolution, that will be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4, but it will also come with a secondary screen located at the top of the device.
Quick Switch, which lets you jump between your recently used apps by tapping the Overview button twice.
A Quick Settings menu to easily access Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and other key features-like the flashlight.
Nougat also comes with beefed up security features to keep your sensitive files safe and support for Daydream, Google’s mobile virtual reality platform.
If your smartphone isn’t on this list, that doesn’t mean it won’t be getting an update-simply that the manufacturer hasn’t yet confirmed it.
