Bank Holiday, Of Course There’s A Weather Warning
The Met Office has placed a four-day yellow weather alert, expecting heay rain and thunder across the midlands for the rest of the week.

As many of us look to an extended weekend, The Met Office are warning of thundery showers spreading across the south on Saturday morning.
The warning states that outbreaks of rain will develop over central parts of England and Wales through the course of Saturday, and by the evening it will be heavy at times.
Then on Saturday afternoon another slow-moving band of heavy rain could lead to problems in the area between 3pm and 9am the following day.
James Stagg, a Met Office chief forecaster, said: “Outbreaks of rain will develop over central United Kingdom through the course of Saturday, and by the evening are likely to be heavy”.
The highest temperature will be around 21 degrees Celsius, with it dropping down to a cool 13 degrees Celsius in the night.
August Bank Holiday Weekend is just days away and many will be wondering if they can enjoy a BBQs and some sunshine…
“However, there is a risk of some locally large rainfall totals, with 25 to 50 mm of rain possible in places”.

WeatherOnline forecaster Simon Keeling said the weekend will kick off to a thundery start before things calm down for the Bank Holiday.
