Ahead of bilateral talks, MEA toughens stand on terror from Pak
India is ready to hold talks on terror and the discussion on Kashmir will be limited to cross-border terrorism and infiltration in Kashmir, Foreign Secretary S Jaishankar said on Wednesday in response to his Pakistani counterpart’s invitation to visit to Islamabad.

The High Commissioner, who has sought access for a team to visit both Jammu and Kashmir and PoK to independently and thoroughly look into allegations of human rights violations, had said, “I deeply regret that our requests for access have not been granted”.
