PlayStation Experience moves to San Francisco in December, will host Capcom Cup
Sony has officially announced its plans for the 2015 PlayStation Experience on the PlayStation Blog.

For the second annual PlayStation Experience, Sony will be moving its party from Sin City to the City by the Bay (Las Vegas to San Francisco). This year, PSX will be in San Francisco at the Moscone Center (West Hall) on December 5 and 6.
So what can we expect from the event? “Plus some of those patented PlayStation surprises you’ve come to expect”. Last year the event hosted a number of new reveals for the PlayStation 4’s virtual reality (VR) device, Project Morpheus, and while nothing has yet been confirmed for 2015 expectations are that we’ll once again see the head-mounted display (HMD) available for attendees to get hands-on with. Anyone who registers before September 20 will get the two-day pass for $60.
The passes are limited, so grab them while you can.
Tickets are now on sale, and Sony says to register with your PSN IDs. Why? This tournament is the finals for the Capcom Pro Tour, featuring 32 of the world’s top players vying for the “Street Fighter World Champion” title, and a whopping $250,000 prize. Certainly a hefty sum for those courageous enough to fight for it.
For an extra $75, fans can buy the Capcom Cup VIP Package.
Sony was absent from Gamescom this year but had a comparatively lackluster showing at E3 2015.

Ticket for PlayStation Experience 2015 will actually be cheaper than they were last year, a rarity for popular conventions like this. It is best to look for reasonably priced accommodation ahead of time, as this year’s event will surely entice a lot of guests!
