Cowboys’ Ezekiel Elliot visits marijuana shop in Seattle

So owner Jerry Jones was not happy to see a TMZ report on Thursday showing Elliott visiting a legal marijuana shop, “Herban Legends”, in Seattle prior to the preseason game against the Seahawks.

NFL.com reported that Romo ran a play and took a hit from behind courtesy of defensive end Cliff Avril. But the majority of those points came after the Cowboys’ first team defense left the game.

The fourth player taken in the draft just recently returned to practice after missing the majority of training camp with a sore hamstring.

After staying on the turf initially, Romo walked off on his own.

Speaking at halftime to CBS 11, Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett said “we don’t think it’s a serious thing”.

“I was just in shock and had my mind on just, ‘C’mon, Tony”.

On Friday, in his first-ever preseason appearance, Ezekiel Elliott wasted little time proving that he belongs in the NFL. “Said a few prayers right there”.

“Again that’s a part of just really getting the big picture here”. We assume this will serve as a good lesson for the rookie about image and perception and that no major fault was committed until we hear otherwise.

Elliott had a strong debut, rushing for 48 yards on seven carries for an average of 6.9 yards.

Romo was forced from the pocket by a blitz from K.J. The shop is a five minute drive from the Seattle Space Needle.

Jones added that soreness after the hit would not prevent Romo from playing in the team’s September 11 season opener against the New York Giants.

After this kind of gutsy running, it’s clear that the Cowboys have reason to be excited about their first round pick. Prescott rushed for over 100 yards four times, including games against Auburn, LSU and Texas A&M. “When I go out there, it’s kind of a blur, so”.
