A clipped ball toward the Chilean ultimately led to Amrabat of Watford barging into the back of Sanchez and giving away a penalty in the process.

Arsenal slowed the down the game in the final ten minutes and looked content keeping the ball in order to deny Watford possession, and a way back into the game.

At the break, there was an air of authority about the Arsenal side, but it was not to last.

After a brief bright spell from the hosts, Arsenal (1-1-1) struck on the break as Theo Walcott delivered a mouth-watering cross for Sanchez to bundle.

The Hornets continued to knock on Arsenal’s door and Cech was again called into action ten minutes later, when he saved from a close range strike from Pereyra, before keeping out Ighalo’s shot.

The third goal was all about vision and pinpoint accuracy from Sanchez, as the forward found Ozil to head in the third goal for Arsenal. At the moment we are not completely there physically and could see that in second half.

In the 57th minute, the two new arrivals played key roles in their side getting back into the game. Cech had to be on alert to make a smart double save from Jose Holebas and Odion Ighalo, while Ighalo also struck an overhead kick just over the crossbar.
