Elliott visited the store Thursday a few hours before the Cowboys played the Seattle Seahawks.

The video briefly shows Elliott standing in the shop, Herban Legends, but according to TMZ, he was not seen making a purchase. “But it’s not good”. It’s just not good. It was just a poor decision on his part and young players sometimes just have to understand that perception can be reality. No matter if you played at whatever level there is a picture here of interest. While marijuana is legal in the state of Washington, it remains banned in the NFL.
According to a report from ESPN, the National Football League appears “disinclined” to get itself involved in the issue, as Jones’ comments may have been punishment enough for Elliott. I heard the report and I would know how he is. We don’t think it’s a serious thing, and we just felt better keeping him out.
In addition, Elliott is under investigation by the Columbus, Ohio, attorney’s office for a domestic abuse allegation that he denies.
A woman who claims to be Elliott’s former live-in girlfriend filed a report last month with the Columbus police department, accusing the former Ohio State star of assaulting her while sitting in the driver’s seat of her parked vehicle.
Elliott had seven carries for 48 yards in the Cowboys’ 27-17 loss.
