“Usually when a new manager arrives and brings his idea of football, his methodology of football and new ideas to play football, you can have good ideas but it’s important to have good results also”.

“We are working on this aspect, to put the players in the best condition to exact this talent”.

He continued to torment the Burnley defence as further goals from Willian and Victor Moses maintained Chelsea’s flawless start to the campaign.

“It’s important to start in a good way”. But we have to stop, ” said Conte.

“To start the season with three wins and a win in the cup is good for all, for the confidence of the players and the fans”, he told the Blues’ official website. “I see a lot of positive things but we can improve”.

Burnley manager Sean Dyche would have been furious that nobody in his team got close enough to Hazard to challenge the Belgian as he ran half the length of the pitch to open the scoring in the ninth minute, but it was still a wonderful goal.

He concluded: “I am very pleased to work with the players I have because the attitude and work-rate I see every day is fantastic”, but stated that “We are working together to find the right solution to improve this squad”.

It was Hazard at his best, the man who won the Player of the Year award, and he nearly scored again shortly afterwards, but this time a goal-bound effort was deflected wide by Ben Mee.

“I’m pleased for him”, added Conte.

“We played good football with good ball possession”. We had one bad season but we are trying to do better. “Throw in some very poor decisions by the players and you don’t really stand a chance”. He tries to motivate us and we are giving everything.
