Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton accuse each other of bigotry and racism

His slogan, she said, should be “Make America Hate Again”, based on his own words and actions and she discussed the dangers of stirring prejudice against African-Americans, immigrants, women and other minorities in this country.

But Alexandra Preate, a spokeswoman for Bannon, says police never interviewed Bannon, who is on leave from the conservative news site Breitbart.

Winding down the programs and finding partners, she says, takes time.

The ad shows video of Trump’s controversial pitch to black voters, in which the Republican candidate urges them to support him by asking, “What do you have to lose?”

House Speaker Paul Ryan, meanwhile, wrote National Intelligence Director James Clapper, saying that many questions remain about how Clinton handled her email and requested she not receive the intelligence overview for the remainder of the campaign.

Republican opponent Donald Trump has accused Clinton of improperly using her former position as secretary of state to bring in big contributions to the foundation from people and corporations seeking access.

Former President Bill Clinton said last week that if she is elected president, the foundation will no longer accept foreign or corporate donations. “The veil was pulled back on a vast criminal enterprise run out of the State Department by Hillary Clinton”.

Trump hinted at “softening” his position on immigration last week with Fox News’ Sean Hannity – saying “there’s no amnesty, but we work with them”, while referring undocumented immigrants who have lived in the USA for many years with no criminal histories. Jennifer Hochschild, a professor at Harvard University who focuses on race and immigration, said she did not think Trump could fix his relationship with black and Hispanic voters.

Richard Cohen, the president of the Southern Poverty Law Center, a nonprofit legal group that specializes in civil-rights litigation, dismissed the idea that Clinton was doing the public a disservice by drawing attention to the alternative-right.

“These are people I would be proud to meet with, as any secretary of state would have been proud to meet with, to hear about their work and their insights”, Clinton said this week on CNN. Jonathan Lemire contributed from Las Vegas and Jill Colvin from Washington.
