Claudio Bravo will not be parachuted in says Guardiola

Guardiola chose to start Willy Caballero in goal over Hart in City’s first three games of the season, with the Argentinian seemingly deemed more suitable to the manager’s belief in playing the ball out from the back – an area where the 33-year-old Bravo excels.

The Toffees were strongly linked with a move but when asked about the player, Koeman said emphatically: “There’s no interest”.

Sunderland look set to offer an escape route to unsettled Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart.

But Koeman told reports at a news conference ahead of Saturday’s match against Stoke City at Goodison Park that the Merseyside ground will not represent Hart’s escape destination.

The 33-year-old Chile global goalkeeper won it all in Barcelona, claiming two LaLiga titles, the Champions League, as well as the Copa del Rey, Supercopa de Espana, UEFA Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup.

However, he did make his first appearance of the season in Wednesday night’s Champions League clash with Steaua Bucharest, keeping a clean sheet and finishing the match with a flawless pass completion rate. We want the best for him and of course the club is going to help him, get the best solution for him.

According to Italian broadcaster Sky Italia, Torino are hoping to find an agreement with the Manchester City goalkeeper over a season-long loan deal before deadline day on Wednesday.

Guardiola says the club is trying to do the best for all involved and claims he would be happy to keep those players who fail to secure moves elsewhere involved in the first-team set-up until January rolls around.

“Tonight I played for Man City and I’ve enjoyed it and I have done every time I have played for Man City”, he said.

Manchester City FC has signed goalkeeper Claudio Bravo from FC Barcelona of Spain for 18 million euros (about £15.4 million). He played at Real Sociedad and then for two years in Barcelona where he played some important games and created something special with his worldwide team-mates at Chile [by winning the Copa America].

Guardiola said: “Claudio is a fantastic goalkeeper and an excellent addition to our squad. We have met one of the most powerful teams in Europe and I hope we will have a better route in the Europa League”.
