Today’s Big Release: A Flying Jatt
And to keep the whole mix desi, Remo D’Souza has added Indian flavors to it: Acrophobia that restricts Aman to take high flights, a loving brother, superhero who follows traffic rules and a costume made by his mother.

The film has struck a chord with the kids and family audiences, as India’s 1st superfunny superhero, while the youth has gotten addicted to the party chartbusterBeat Pe Booty across the digital space. Editing by Nitin FCP is just about okay but the film could have easily been shortened by 20 minutes. Buried under a rubble of toxic waste after an initial encounter with Flying Jatt (what an awkward superhero name), Raka finds that toxic fumes give him even more superhuman strength than he already possesses.
Half the nation is crazily swooning over beat pe Booty from A Flying Jatt, a reason enough after a amusing trailer to invite people into cinema halls.
There is a Shraddha Kapoor cameo in A Flying Jatt, which also features actors Kya Kay Menon and Amrita Singh. I am glad I tried something different with “A Flying Jatt”.
It wouldn’t be wrong to say that Amrita dominates the first half of the flick.
The NDTV review reads: A Flying Jatt is so whimsically infantile in its conception of a homegrown Superman-like crime-buster that it never gains any height. Amrita Singh shouts and hams in all her scenes and so does Jones who howls, growls and makes mean faces in every scene. On the other hand, the film’s background score (Sachin-Jigar) is impressive and enhances the film’s narrative very effectively. Her performance sometimes surpasses all the cuteness quotient. However on the first day the movie had been watched by many people and the collections had gradually saw a decline from the second day and the movie had not collected as expected. Tiger Shroff starrer films have always done well in the areas of Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Nizam but the actor is still struggling to make a mark in the north areas. “If I impersonated them then you wouldn’t see what Tiger is about”.
Produced by Balaji Motion Pictures and directed by Remo Dsouza, A Flying Jatt stars Tiger Shroff, Jacqueline Fernandez and Nathan Jones. Despite loose ends, the film highlights issues that cannot be ignored. However the final verdict of the movie is that it can be watched by any age group.

The first half of the film is unexpectedly entertaining.
