Long Island forecast: Mostly sunny, highs in upper 80s

The high temperature will be in the low 80s each day with afternoon showers Monday through Wednesday along the Front Range, forecasters say. Light winds are forecast.

The storm system will bring cooler air to the region, with temperatures expected to fall into the mid-60s Sunday night. The unsettled weather pattern continues with daily chances of showers and thunderstorms through the middle of next week. Highs in the lower 90s. Partly cloudy at night, low in the upper 60s.

Sunday, there is a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 10 a.m., according to the weather service.

Additionally, other than a slight chance for rain Wednesday, current projections don’t call for much of a prospect of precipitation in the near future, Fitzgerald sad. Highs in the mid- to upper 80s.

Weather on Saturday is relevantly hot in daytime and pleasant and mostly clear in nighttime and temperatures are set to remain slightly above the seasonal average, said Palestine Meteorological Department.
