Walker noncommittal on fetal tissue research ban

The state Senate will hold a hearing tomorrow as part of its investigation of whether Planned Parenthood is breaking any laws in Missouri, and some of its attention will be on Columbia. “So it’s just taking advantage of the opportunities”. “I may not be completely objective about Planned Parenthood, because I know how they started with Margaret Sanger who believed in eugenics”, Carson said. “And there’s no way they would know”, O’Donnell said in episode 2 of the pro-life group’s series titled “Human Capital”. She said that the workers would seek consent even before women had made the option to obtain an abortion.

After saying last week it’s worth having Congress shut down the federal government unless Planned Parenthood is stripped of its $528 million in government funding, the Republican presidential candidate changed his tune.

“It’s obvious from Mr. Trump’s comments that he has not watched the Planned Parenthood videos released by Center for Medical Progress”.

O’Donnell added that Planned Parenthood had a sophisticated system for securing fetal body parts, often giving StemExpress advance notice of busy abortion days, and in some cases notifying it when women were there for simple pregnancy tests. “And that’s what this company does”, she said in the video.

Holly O’Donnel, a former procurement technician, said she refused to get consent forms from mothers who were sick from the process, or push unsure pregnant women into getting abortions just “for money”. However, the video of the Planned Parenthood conversation does not back up that assertion.

O’Donnell says she would use FedEx to ship the fetal tissue and organs to StemExpress’ clients. “You can hear crying”.

He has also claimed it does not go against his call to take away funding from the embattled organisation, which has been under intense since undercover videos of staff members discussing the use of fetuses in scientific research surfaced. “But it would be good for the public to understand this whole aspect of medical research”. The California-based company, which supplies clinical specimens to biomedical researchers around the world, said any filming at its properties violated anti-wiretapping laws.

CMP has been the target of two restraining orders by federal judges – including one from StemExpress – banning them from releasing some of their recordings.

Furthermore, the technicians would collaborate with the Planned Parenthood facilities days in advance to determine the number of patients seeking abortions and how far into their pregnancies they were, O’Donnell said.
