X Factor viewing figures hit 11 year low

After grabbing her crotch during the performance, an irked Simon tells her she “shouldn’t be doing that” while Scherzinger and Osbourne are clearly fans of her style.

This year having got through initial auditions in Belfast in April with his version of “My Way”, Roger got his opportunity to perform in front of Sharon Osbourne, Nicole Scherzinger, Louis Walsh and Simon Cowell.

But Simon couldn’t resist looking straight into the camera and giving viewers at home a cheeky wink, and saying “That’s for you, Andrew”.

She wowed the judges on Sunday night’s show with her rendition of Stevie Wonder’s Masterblaster Jammin’ – sailing through to a place at bootcamp.

“I’m entranced by you”.

“I’m actually here because of Louis, he’s the one who wanted me back”, she said, crediting her fellow judge with championing her to Cowell.

After a much hyped return for its 13th season, show bosses won’t be happy to see that the show has fallen 800,000 viewers since last years first episode, in addition to an 11 year low.

Walsh said: “Nicole works really hard, takes it seriously. she wants, more than anybody else, to win again”.

CALVIN Harris was banned from The X Factor for 7 years after storming onstage with a pineapple during Jedward’s performance.

But as you probably recall – and as was mentioned on the show – it’s not that long since 17-year-old Emily Middlemas first had a brush with X Factor stardom.

The second episode of The X Factor was an emotional one, as both a returning contestant and a single mother who previously had a record contract were given second chances.
