Pretty Little Liars to End After Seventh Season
“Pretty Little Liars” is now in the midst of its seventh season with the midseason finale airing tomorrow night (Tuesday, 8 p.m.). Finally, Marlene King has revealed very important information since the Final Series will be a special episode that will last almost two hours.

Last year, Variety was first to report that the show would not return for an eighth season.
Sorry Pretty Little Liars fans, but the rumors are true. The drama counts more than 14 million Facebook fans and another 10 million between Twitter and Instagram.
Though the ending of Pretty Little Liars was expected and rumored for a while, it hasn’t stopped the cast from chiming in about the bittersweetness of ending the show.
In January, the day of Pretty Little Liars’ season premiere, ABC Family changed to Freeform, a name it hoped would better reflect its edgier content like The Fosters and Switched at Birth.
King added: “It’s been an honor to work with such a talented cast and crew over the last seven years”. It stars Bella Thorne as a college student who lands a starring role in a movie and has to balance her old life and her newfound fame. The shocking news was revealed on August 29 during a Facebook Live with showrunner Marlene King and our beloved Liars.
PLL, produced by Alloy Entertainment and Warner Horizon Television, is exec produced by King, Charlie Craig, Joseph Dougherty, Oliver Goldstick, and Leslie Morgenstein.
“Famous In Love” stars Bella Thorne (“The DUFF”), Carter Jenkins (“The Following”), Charlie Depew (“The Amazing Spiderman”), Georgie Flores (“CSI”), Niki Koss (“My Stepdaughter”), Pepi Sonuga (“The Fosters”), Keith Powers (“Straight Outta Compton”) and Perrey Reeves (“Entourage”).
The news was announced during a Facebook Live chat with the show’s creator and core cast – Troian Bellisario, Ashley Benson, Lucy Hale, Shay Mitchell and Sasha Pieterse. One thing is certain, between The Vampire Diaries, Teen Wolf and Pretty Little Liars is a time that we will leave behind.
