X Factor’s series opener down by 800000 viewers on 2015’s first episode

The latest jibe reignited four-year feud between the two, who famously fell out after Louis’ constant criticisms of Chris – despite the fact he received the most votes on the show for seven weeks in a run. We’re actually aiming to get sacked before the end of the series.

“I’m so thrilled that one of my best friends Rylan is going to be on the Xtra Factor”, said Christopher.

On Sunday night’s live episode of The Xtra Factor, host Rylan Clark-Neal told Louis exactly what had been said about him – causing the music mogul to hit back. and he didn’t mince his words.

Rylan then promised he would start one for the judge, saying: “I’m saying it now”.

He added, to the TV judge: “You can not say no, we’ve said it now, we’ll look like mugs…”

Ignoring Louis’ objections, he continued: “We’ve said it now we’ll look like mugs…we’ll set it up on your phone I know your pin”.

Louis shrugged and joked: “I’ll have to talk to my lawyers”.

It’s spin-off show “The Xtra Factor Live”, which is now being broadcast live from the start of the series, was watched by 809,000 viewers with an audience peak of 942,000. When asked which judge will have the winning act this year, Matt said: “I’m genuinely delighted to have Louis back…so I think this might be the year of Louis. Louis did bully Simon for like three years”.

The X Factor was still the biggest show of the night, beating off competition from BBC One’s special Casualty episode celebrating its 30th anniversary.

Louis confirmed that he persuaded Simon Cowell to give Rylan the coveted gig, saying: “I just suggested it”.

But it’s OK. Eventually one of the show’s runners, who used to work for a lift company, figured out how to get them out with the help of a broom handle (we should find out which lift company it was that they used to work for and never, ever use them) and Rylan could thank his fans for the kind messages about the new show.
