Apple expected to show new iPhone at event next week

Yup, much as T3 expected, Apple is keeping to the usual naming conventions in much the same way its specs are more of a continuation of the iPhone you know and love. At that time, a new iPhone generation is expected to be unveiled. The reveal of the new cases comes on the heels of Apple’s September 7 event, which adds to the idea that the iPhone 7 will be shown off during it.

Starting on September 7, we will all start to really see what the anticipated iPhone 7 will feature, and most importantly when we can get our hands on one. Leaks from what appear to be people involved in the production of the iPhone have kept the interest up. Moreover, the iPhone is rumoured to come in a larger Plus variant with a dual-camera setup similar to what we have seen on phones like the Huawei P9 and the HTC One (M8).

The upgraded handset will also include a re-engineered home button that responds to pressure with a vibrating sensation rather than a true physical click and the removal of the headphone jack.

The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus will contain the A10 processor believed to be superior to its predecessor the A9.
