Locals react to Kaepernick sitting during national anthem

The QB chose to sit during the national anthem as his way of protesting the actions of certain police officers towards African Americans and people of color. It is also to bring attention to America’s lack of freedom, lack of liberty, and lack of equality for “oppressed people”. I respect the people that have fought for our country and have been there for us, and what he’s doing is not respecting the country.
