Reliance Communications (RCom) on Tuesday launched its “Call Drops Se Chhutkara” offer, which translates to “relief from call drops”.

The new Reliance 4G LTE SIM comes with 300 minutes of app-to-app talking for 30 days for Rs 1, at 10 minutes per day for 30 days.
This offer has been introduced in Delhi and NCR. The caching of data means that users on the network will not be affected by issues with third-party networks.
However, any amount of unutilized data (out of the 7MB per day allowance) will lapse at the end of the day.
These apps will include the likes of WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Skype, Google Hangout, imo and Viber. If the customer uses the daily data quota for any other Internet use, the app-to-app calling minutes will reduce proportionately. Using the Reliance 4G LTE network, customers will experience High-Definition quality and instant connectivity, freedom from slow Internet access and blazing data speeds on the digital superhighway. “This will be valid for 30 days at just Re one – 10 minutes a day for 30 days”, said Gurdeep Singh, Chief Executive Officer, Consumer Business, Reliance Communications. This data can also be used for browsing but definitely won’t be sufficient if you are an active user. “This is a marketing positioning so more people get to use our 4G LTE services”, he said.

Indian operators Reliance Communications (RCom) and Aircel are likely to sign a merger agreement in the next few days, according to reports from the country.
