Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) President Sardar Mohammad Masood Khan has presented a six-point agenda for Kashmiris living on either side of the Line of Control (LoC), for self determination and a subsequent peaceful settlement of the Kashmir issue in accordance with United Nations resolutions. “He has to understand that the reality in Kashmir is that there are forces that may not be a party of the electoral process, but do have some substantive presence in the ground”, he said.

While stressing that no compromise will be made with those indulging in violence, India’s Union Minister Arun Jaitley again blamed Pakistan for its supposed role in the situation, “Now this time, a serious situation has emerged in which Pakistan, separatists and religious forces have joined hands and now with a new way, they are attacking the integrity of India”.
