Pro-Pakistan separatist leader Asiya Andrabi has confirmed that she addressed “over phone” a conference organised by Lashkar founder Hafiz Saeed in Pakistan on August 14, stoking another controversy and prompting police to file one more case against the Dukhtaran-e-Millat chief.

As per report, while addressing the rally over phone on the occasion of Pakistan’s Independence Day, Andrabi extended greetings to the Pak people and along with this delivered a controversial speech against India.

Before addressing the rally, the DeM chief had celebrated Pakistan’s Independence Day at her residence in Bachpora area, with dozens of gathered DeM supporters.

Following Andrabi’s telephone address, BJP’s Jammu and Kashmir unit president Jugal Kishore demanded strict action against her.

Similar views were expressed by the Congress as well when former union minister and Congress spokesman RPN Singh demanded that concrete action should be taken against those working against the state.

“The NSA-level talks are slated to be held on August 23-24”.

Menawhile JKNPPP leader Harsh Dev claimed that this was not the first time of Andrabi indulging in such anti national activities. “So, we feel unnerved by the government’s approach in taking action against people like her”.
