Kim says her psoriasis can flare up for a whole range of different reasons…

“Since I was first diagnosed with psoriasis in 2010, I’ve been pretty open about my struggles with it”.

Kim suffers from unsightly patches, which go from her right leg up to her body during flare ups, and the reality TV star says she is exhausted of constantly having to cover it up.

Kim Kardashian has opened up again about suffering from the skin disorder psoriasis.

There is no specific cure for the condition but Kim, like other suffers, has learnt how to keep it in check through her diet and she applies a cortisone cream every evening. I do not even try to cover more now. “Sometimes I just feel like it’s my big flaw and everyone knows about it, so why cover it?”.

“For this year’s VMAs, I originally wanted to go for a really glammed up look, but I changed my mind last minute”, she wrote on her app.

“The first time I got in, it was for the opening of the DASH store in NY”.

“There’s no cure that we know of right now, but there are certain foods you should avoid to help prevent flare-ups-acidic foods like tomatoes and eggplant, for instance”, she continued. “So she spotted the symptoms immediately”. Scientists are constantly researching and developing new medications to help treat it, but for now, I use a topical cortisone ointment every night before bed.

On a month-long hiatus from the west coast, the reality star packed her bags and headed to New York City where she will live comfortably in a $10,000-a-night triplex penthouse courtesy of the worldwide rental company, Airbnb.
