Though there has not been any confirmation as to who will play the lead role for “Captain Marvel”, a report by Bloody Elbow said that she can fit well the characters with her nice built and looks. There were so many cool ones I couldn’t pick just one to share – here’s 1 series of 2 Big thank you to contributing artists: “@bosslogix (two on right) and @salman.artworks (left)”, she captioned an Instagram photo of fan sketches. But one important character has yet to be cast, and that is Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel. She’d certainly bring a lot of excitement from the general public to the solo debut of a hero who still can’t properly be called a household name with the general public. Rousey is now the UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion, and she was given the Best Fighter award at the ESPY 2015.

Marvel/Captain Marvel, will take the spotlight in her own standalone film in Marvel Studios’ Phase Three.

Rousey has had recent on-screen appearances in The Expendables 3, Fast & Furious 7, and Entourage. Other actresses, including Emily Blunt, have already been rumored to be talking with Marvel about the role, but, given Rousey’s track record and popularity, it’d probably be silly to start counting her out.

As for the movie “Captain Marvel“, reports say that this stand-alone film will be released to theaters on July 6, 2018.
