‘Stranger Things’ Season 2: The Duffer Brothers Reveal Important Details
And now The Duffer Brothers have revealed new details about Stranger Things season 2. The creative team behind season one, Matt and Ross Duffer, a.k.a. the Duffer brothers, were reported revealed some secrets of the upcoming season.

The show, an homage to the 1980s, focuses on the disappearance of a young boy and the ensuing supernatural occurrences in a small in town as his mother, his friends and a wayward sheriff try to find him. According to the duo, nearly the entire cast from the first season will return to Hawkins, Indiana, which includes Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo and more.
Before we begin, there may be spoilers for season one of Stranger Things as well. They told a great story the first time around and left just enough things dangling so they can tell even more stories in the future. “We leave that up in the air”. “I will say the opening scene [of the premiere] does not take place in Hawkins”.
We’ve never wanted to see the back of 2016 more.
From beginning to end, the show gets you emotionally invested throughout and unfortunately, the season is somewhat short.
Neflix’s breakout summer hit “Stranger Things” is getting another season. The Duffer brothers considered having a larger gap, in which the boys would be much older.
“I know movie sequels get a lot of shit, but the ones we look up to aspire to pivot and do something different”, adds Matt. The Duffers cited director James Cameron as a big inspiration for this sequel. And a lot of questions there in terms of, if the Monster is dead, was it a singular monster?
But first, let’s wait and see if Stranger Things season 2 can maintain the momentum of season 1. What seems to be a mystery to many fans is that the video’s content actually means in regards to the season itself.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Stranger Things creators Matt and Ross Duffer confirmed that these are in fact episode titles for season two, which will clock in at nine episodes (just one episode more than season one).
