After his visit to Nigeria, Mark Zuckerberg has gone to Nairobi, Kenya
Zuckerberg is in Nigeria to listen and learn and take ideas back to California on how Facebook can better support tech development and entrepreneurship across Africa.

Zuckerberg, who interacted with web developers, young entrepreneurs and entertainment personalities during his two-day visit, is now in Kenya.
Mr Zuckerberg, who began his first Sub-Saharan visit to Africa in Nigeria two days ago, said the “future of the world” will be built on the African continent.
The Facebook for Developers workshop is expected to help Nigerian engineers, product managers, and app builders develop smarter applications and monetize them more effectively.
Zuckerberg even chose to dine at the popular Mama Oliech’s restaurant in Hurlingham where he was later joined with The ICT Cabinet Secretary Joe Mucheru before he proceeded to iHub, an incubation and innovation center along Ngong Road. One of my favorite parts of traveling to a new place is trying local food. “I enjoyed ugali and a whole fried tilapia for the first time and loved them both”.
Facebook, which opened its first Africa office in Johannesburg previous year, will launch the satellite in partnership with Eutelstat Communications – a Paris-based company, according to Bloomberg. The energy here is fantastic and I’m excited to learn as much as I can. Chief Executive Officer Mark Zuckerberg has set out an ambitious target to interconnect people across the globe. Moreover, he declared that the Internet should be a objective for everybody, since it is useful in more than one domain, and that’s why people should think more about connecting the entire world.

In June, his foundation the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative made a multi-million dollar investment in Andela, a two-year-old startup that trains African software developers and gives them full-time roles at global companies.
