Amazon Alexa could be coming to your Lenova PC
It turns out the retail giant is also in talks with Lenovo, the world’s biggest PC maker, to bring Alexa to your desktop computer. According to a report from CNET, Amazon is now in talks with the world’s biggest PC manufacturer Lenovo to include its Alexa digital assistant in its computers and other devices, which would be the first time that Alexa is directly integrated in non-Amazon devices such as the Amazon Echo, Echo Dot and Tap.

Digital personal assistants are not exactly common on PCs.
Apple will also soon utilize its Siri voice assistant beyond the iPhone and Apple Watch, making it available on Macs later this year.
Alexa made its debut when Amazon launched its Echo connected speaker in 2014. Rather like Prime, Amazon considers that users of Alexa become ever more passionate and loyal shoppers when they start using the service. That’s according to a new report from CNET, which cites confirmation of talks between Amazon and Lenovo by an unnamed Lenovo executive as the source of the info.
It would be quite interesting to see if Lenovo decides to ship its Windows 10 PCs with Alexa, especially considering the fact that Windows 10 already includes Cortana.
