Pete Carroll: Jimmy Graham has been a ‘full-go’ in practice

Condotta added that Rawls’ starting status has “never been in dispute” and that the second-year back is taking the first-team handoffs during practices, despite Christine Michael running nearly exclusively with the ones through the preseason for Seattle.

“Yeah, we’ll see how that plays out”, Oakland head coach Jack Del Rio said (via the San Francisco Chronicle). “He is too, he has had a lot of fun being back out with the fellas and all”.

The Seahawks top tight end suffered a torn patellar tendon last November, and is likely eager to help his teammates after missing the end of last season and the playoffs. It’s a day-to-day thing to see how he recovers, but he’s doing great, and we’ll see what that means. “We won’t know (when he can return) until late next week”. Russell Wilson completed 16 of 21 passes for 192 yards and two touchdowns while Trevone Boykin added 31 yards in 4-for-10 passes. He had an impressive rookie campaign in 2015 that included him rushing for 830 yards and scoring five touchdowns in only seven starts.

Despite Christine Michael’s strong preseason, Thomas Rawls is still the undisputed lead back in Seattle. His week one status is still unknown, but Carroll said that status will be decided next week.

According to the report, Carroll did not indicate whether Graham would play in the season opener.
