Former Subway Spokesman Fogle Sues Parents Of Victim
Former Subway spokesperson Jared Fogle is reportedly suing the parents of one of his victims.

Fogle, who is now serving his sentence at a federal prison in Colorado, has filed the lawsuit blaming the girl’s parents for her psychological problems including repetitive and self-harming cycle of despair, self-deprecating behavior as well as abuse of alcohol and drugs.
One of the girls filmed by Taylor was identified only as “Jane Doe” and it is her parents who are the subjects of Fogle’s suit.
The motion also asks the court to allow him to do so using only the parents’ initials to protect the girl’s privacy.
The parents of the victim, who are now allegedly being sued by Fogle, had sued the disgraced Subway pitchman and his ex-employee, Russell Taylor, prior.
“B.T. and J.T., by their actions, caused Jane Doe to suffer from emotional distress and depression which then resulted in Jane Doe engaging in destructive behaviors, including, but not limited to alcohol abuse, substance abuse, self-mutilation, and suicidal ideation with regard to which B.T. and J.T. are liable”.
The suit is cited by TMZ as an attempt by Fogle at relieving himself from full responsible for the claims listed in the original lawsuit.
Fogle’s team argues that Doe’s parents’ divorce and custody battle “caused unnecessary stress, anxiety, and trauma for Jane Doe”, and is really to blame for her becoming the victim of his and Wilson’s pornography. She has blamed her mental ailments on Jared Fogle and Russell Taylor.
The parents have yet to respond to Fogle’s allegations. Fogle, a millionaire and a former diet guru, has been found guilty of engaging in child pornography.
Jared Fogle has a lot of time to dream up far-fetched legal maneuvers now that he’s been condemned to 15 years in federal prison.
With his current sentence, Fogle won’t be eligible for parole until 2029.

In his latest court filing, however, Fogle claims that Jane Doe was suffering from depression and that she abused alcohol and drugs, as well as engaged in sex with “multiple partners” long before she knew about Fogle’s crimes.
