― File picLONDON, Sept 1 ― Brazil defender David Luiz is overjoyed to be back for a second spell at Chelsea after leaving Paris St Germain on transfer deadline day.

Chelsea first purchased Luiz in January 2011 from Benfica for £21m.
However, there are still question marks over his footballing ability, namely his defensive work, and it’s certainly a surprise that Antonio Conte has opted to bring him in.
The Brazil worldwide was immensely successful in his first three-year spell with Chelsea, collecting winners’ medals in the FA Cup, Europa League and Champions League.
Chelsea have confirmed they have re-signed David Luiz from Paris Saint-Germain on 31 August, Wednesday.
Some of those same Chelsea fans that were rubbing their hands together at the thought of selling David Luiz for £50m a couple of years ago are now doing their best to convince themselves that it makes flawless sense for the club to buy him back. It is fantastic to have a second opportunity to play for this club, I love this club, that’s why I’m here. “Let’s try to carry on the nice history.and try to get success”. Everybody knows I have a feeling for this club. So, of course, sometimes I can imagine that (I return to Chelsea).
‘I’ve watched him pretty much every weekend since he joined PSG, I can hardly remember four games where he was actually good. I love this club. “I can not wait to wear the shirt and play at Stamford Bridge again”.
Flush from the proceeds of a new £5.14bn domestic television rights deal, Premier League clubs broke through the one billion pounds barrier in one transfer window for the first time. I need to win again. “It is an interesting move and I hope he will help us win titles”.
