Bloomberg says Apple is not planning to update the iPad lineup this fall, choosing instead to focus on software features to make its new iPad Pro more appealing to professional users.

Right now, apps that support the Pencil are few and far between, so Apple hopes to expand its capabilities to such services as Mail, Safari and iMessage with an update. Updates to the iPad usually arrive early in the year, slating them for release in early 2017.
The new iPad hardware contains a faster display technology for zooming, panning and scrolling. Sources claim that Apple will hold another event, probably in late September, to debut the new MacBooks.
Turning to the iPad, while sales have consistently declined, Apple has seen the amount spent per tablet rise thanks to its iPad Pro. But, fortunately, we won’t have to wait too long: Some predict that Apple could announce its new computer lineup as soon as October. That device is expected to boast four USB-C ports, and sure enough, USB-C will be coming to the new MacBook Air line as well, Bloomberg said. It will allow for users to perform common tasks more quickly for whatever program is being used at the time.
The standout feature is thought to be on the MacBook Pro. Volume controls and a switch to show the default function row are always present. It is also rumored that the third installment of the iPad Air 3 will include the iPad Pro’s stereo speakers for enhanced audio quality. In addition, the touch bar will require macOS Sierra (which just entered stage 8 of its beta process today) to operate. There is the next generation of iPhones with two supposed variations tipped to be released this month and according to reports will be launched next week. This update might include hardware improvements and major support for Apple Stylus. LG is rumored to be a partnering with Apple for the upcoming external display with internal GPU and standalone functionality.
