Many of these related to the possession of drugs and offensive weapons but four related to sexual offences and 11 were for assaults on police.
A total of 454 arrests were made over the two-day carnival, celebrating its 50th anniversary, with nearly twice as many on Monday compared to Sunday.
Scotland Yard said there were 156 arrests on Sunday and 298 on Monday.
Police said there were four incidents involving people being stabbed.
The carnival has been held every year since 1966 during the last weekend of August in the London neighbourhood of Notting Hill.
The London Ambulance Service reported shortly before midnight that 411 people had received medical care at the carnival, 77 of whom needed hospital treatment.
“Someone has to stand up and take responsibility and say if it’s a carnival, treat it like a carnival but if it’s simply a crime-fest it can’t go on like this”.
However, Chairman of the Metropolitan Police Federation Ken Marsh believes the carnival should not come back next year.
A man also alerted police he had been stabbed in Kensal Rise and had a cut on his head, but he would not give any further details to officers.

A 14-year-old boy was arrested on Warmington Road in Kensington and Chelsea on Sunday on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and a 15-year-old was rushed to hospital.
Officers also seized a large amount of compressed nitrous oxide. The carnival is notorious for increasing the criminal rate in the district.
