The “Modern Family” star, 24, took to the stage at the Teen Choice Awards 2015 to present the award for the Choice Comedian alongside “Pitch Perfect” actor Skylar Astin.
The hip-hop drama “Empire” won breakout TV show and provided one of the show’s most memorable moments.
