Beyonce dominates the MTV Video Music Awards 2016
She opened the show with a medley of some of her hits including “We Found Love” and “Where Have You Been”, with a gaggle of dancers clad in white as Rih was front and center bringing the house down.

How fun must that be to dance in?
A few days ago, Drake made news after he congratulated Rihanna for her VMA with a billboar that reads, “Congratulations to Rihanna from Drake and Everyone at OVO”.
The source also went on to reveal that Drake is “very smitten” with Rihanna and after years of their dating life being on/off since they were first rumored to be dating back in 2009, he has no plans to let her go this time around.
Rihanna got to work behind the bar after the VMAs.
It’s taking everything in our power not to make yet another “Work” reference here. “All my adult life, I’ve looked up to her even though she’s younger than me”, said Drake.
When the “Formation” singer hit the stage, the MTV Video Music Awards became a preview of Beyoncé’s Formation World Tour as she performed songs from her most recent visual album Lemonade.
No stranger to taking streetwear styles to the next level, the “Needed Me” singer proved once again she’s the queen of turning any place into a runway. But nearly as incredible as her decade of hits and breakthrough music videos, was the completely swoon-worthy introduction Drake gave the “Work” singer in front of millions of live viewers.
Rihanna then left the stage hand-in-hand with Drake, but not before sharing another kiss with him.
Rihanna, for one, couldn’t keep from smiling as she took the microphone, Moonman in hand. Calvin Harris won best male video – beating West’s “Famous” – for “This is What You Came For”, which featured Rihanna and was co-written with former girlfriend Swift. “She’s a living breathing legend in our industry”. The Scottish producer sent a video message thanking MTV for the honour after missing the ceremony because he was performing in the UK. We believe that you believe, Aubrey.

Rihanna certainly seemed to approve when she shared it herself on Instagram, but if there were ever a clear friendzoning, it happened on the MTV stage Sunday night, for the entire world to see.
