Mortal Kombat XL & Kombat Pack 2 Will Be Headed For The PC

That’s all according to a blurb on the Kombat Pack 2 DLC page on Steam.

The PC version of Mortal Kombat XL will release on October 4, 2016.

No price point has been announced for this new version, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see $59.99.

After High Voltage failed to deliver on the original Mortal Kombat X on PC, it appears as if Warner Bros., scrubbed off the studio from the list of reliable port houses and opted to go with Qloc instead. That said, this time the dealer shared more details about this release. Well, they’re ensuring that Mortal Kombat XL contains all of the improved and updated netcode and balance patches, something that they’ve been beta testing recently.

The listing for Kombat Pack 2 on Steam suggests it will be purchasable on its own. They won’t, however, be given Kombat Pack 2 for free (or any of the other crap that comes in XL).

Mortal Kombat XL offers complete Mortal Kombat X experience and includes the main game along with all contents present in the Kombat Pack 2. The update that included new characters and skins will finally be coming to PC players next month.
