He was freed on $250,000 bail at 11:19 pm local time (0619 GMT Wednesday), according to Los Angeles County jail records.

Brown was taken into custody on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. Chris is out and well.
Brown alleges he’s innocent and his attorney says the allegations are “demonstrably false”.
It all allegedly started in the early hours of Tuesday morning during a party going on at Chris’ Tarzana, California mansion. Former beauty queen Baylee Curran made a 911 call claiming that Brown pulled a gun on her.
Officers responded to Brown’s home around 3 a.m. Tuesday after model Baylee Curan told LAPD that Brown had threatened her with a gun, the Los Angeles Times reported. “Not touching it.and then one of Chris’s friends says back away from the diamond”, Curran claimed.
Police said about half a dozen people had been escorted out of the residence and would be interviewed.
The singer’s lawyer, Mark Geragos updated fans on his client’s status, happy to report that he was out of the clink.
In the meantime Brown took to Instagram for a good old fashioned rant, “I ain’t did (expletive), I ain’t do (expletive) and it’s always gonna be (expletive) the police”.
In 2009, Brown assaulted his then-girlfriend Rihanna and past year, finished a lengthy term of probation, community service and domestic violence classes.
Brown denied any wrongdoing through social media including posting videos on his Instagram account inviting police to obtain a search warrant. Last year, he completed his probation in that case last.
In 2013, Brown struck a man outside a Washington, D.C., hotel and was charged with misdemeanor assault.
Police can present the case to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office any time between now and September 20, which is Brown’s preliminary date to return to court for an arraignment, said Ricardo Santiago of the district attorney’s office.
Most notoriously, he was convicted of beating then-girlfriend Rihanna before the 2009 Grammy Awards, forcing the pop singer to miss the music industry’s annual gala.

In another incident while in treatment, Brown was accused of throwing a brick at his mother’s auto following a counseling session.
