The FBI has released 58 pages of documents from its recently closed investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server, including a summary of agents’ interviews with Clinton and several of her aides.

Clinton’s agenda promises to put mental health treatment on par with that of physical health. We are making these materials available to the public in the interest of transparency and in response to numerous Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
The release comes just weeks after the FBI provided Republican congressional leaders a classified version of its closed investigation. Appropriate redactions have been made for classified information or other material exempt from disclosure under FOIA.
“Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, ” Comey said then, “our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutors would bring such a case”.

The release detailed the FBI’s 3.5-hour interview with Clinton on July 2 and the FBI’s memo to the Justice Department recommending that no one be prosecuted. The investigation also found that former Secretary of State Colin Powell “warned Clinton that if it became “public” that Clinton had a BlackBerry, and she used it to ‘do business, ‘ her e-mails could become ‘official record [s] and subject to the law”‘.
