Chris Brown was released from jail late Tuesday evening after he posted $250,000 bail. Police were then called to Chris’ Tarzana home during the early hours of the morning.

TMZ reported Brown was interviewed by the Los Angeles Police Department before being booked at the Metropolitan Detention Center and released several hours after. The police said Brown was cooperative and did not confirm whether weapons were recovered from the home.
The legal troubles could be serious for Chris Brown with cops reporting that he threw a duffel bag out the window during the lengthy standoff.
Brown’s next court date has been scheduled for September 20.
He was arrested on Tuesday morning suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon but got out on United States dollars 250,000 bail by night. He declared his innocence in a series of videos he posted on IG and his lawyer responded on Twitter, saying that the claims against his client “are demonstrably false”. Curran ran out of the house with a friend, but she had to wait outside until one of Brown’s people could return her phone.
“Thanks to everyone for their support and well wishes”, Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, tweeted.
He completed his probation in that case previous year.
She said she had been admiring the diamond necklace of a man who had been showing off his jewellery when the man got angry and told her to back away.

After an all day stand-off with the police, who were dispatched with a warrant to search Brown’s home, he was taken into custody.
The question still remains: Did Baylee Curran lie when she called the cops and claimed Chris Brown pulled a gun on her?
“When you all get the warrant or whatever you need, you’re gonna walk right up in here and see nothing, you idiots”, Brown says on Instagram.
In 2013, he was charged with assault after striking a man outside a hotel in Washington DC. The singer was ordered into rehab but was dismissed from the facility for violating its rules.

Brown was accused of throwing a brick at his mother’s vehicle following a counselling session in another incident while in treatment.
