Ducks sign LW Hagelin

The Ducks and their new winger finally came together on their contract as the team on Friday announced a four-year deal for the former New York Rangers forward. While financial terms were not officially disclosed by the club, it is reported that the terms of the deal are four years and $16 million (AAV of $4 million).

Hagelin, 26, was acquired by Anaheim from the New York Rangers in June along with the 59th (Julius Nattinen) and 179th (Garrett Metcalf) overall selections in the 2015 National Hockey League Entry Draft. He was coming off a two-year, $4.5 million contract with the Rangers.
