Is this the world’s most flawless face?
A cosmetic surgeon has combined the most requested celebrity features to create what he calls “the flawless face”.

He’s treated over 1000 people over 10 years and kept a tally of every celebrity feature that’s been requested, and now London plastic surgeon Dr Julian De Silva has revealed what the most ideal face in the world looks like.
The Duchess of Cambridge’s nose was the most requested feature, with Kiera Knightley’s eyelids coming in second.
Reece Witherspoon’s skin and Miley Cyrus’ forehead took sixth and seventh position while eight place went to Selena Gomez for her chin and Cher came ninth on account of her chiselled jawline.
The expert collated data from 1,000 female patients who undertook Cosmetic Surgery to look like their favourite celebrities to come up with the flawless female face.
“I created this compiling my patients’ plastic surgery requests combining the most requested celebrity features and the result is stunning”, Dr. De Silva said.
During a recent segment on the world’s most desirable face, two Black co-hosts of Good Morning D.C. had the best reactions ever. They know that a new nose is not going to make them look like Kate Middleton. “[Sometimes] we do have to amend the plans because there are limits to how far you can improve what nature has given you”.
“Da Silva, who works at the Centre for Advanced Facial Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery, has singled out Kate Middleton’s “mathematically perfect” nose and Keira Knightley’s eyelids as the most requested procedures over the years”.
Dr De Silva said the Duchess, 34, had the most popular nose because it was mathematically nearly ideal. “It helps cosmetic surgeons to quickly establish exactly what a patient wants”, he says.
“The easiest way to confirm society’s belief in whiteness as beauty is to look at the most common images presented as “beautiful women.’ Glance at a Google image search, a rack of fashion magazines, or advertisements, and it’s clear that selling the image of ‘beauty” usually means taking pictures of white women”.

Dr De Silva has experienced a 25 per cent rise in procedures in the a year ago and has noticed no Brexit-inspired down-turn. “Harley Street is an global centre for surgery and more patients are coming from overseas for treatment because of the devaluing of sterling”.
